They finished their careers in Sacramento and wanted Elk Grove to be their home. His dad was a medical technologist for Kaiser. His mom spent forty-two of her working years as a nurse for Veterans hospitals. He volunteered for over fifty medical missions in the Philippines where he provided medicine and treatment to underserved multi-generational families and people with disabilities. He graduated from Christian Brothers High School and earned his medical degree from Fatima College of Medicine in the Philippines. Brian Pastor is a fifteen year resident of Elk Grove and has lived in the Sacramento area for over thirty years.
